Workshops
How I teach
I ran university seminars for years before I started running workshops about sex. Expect structure, sources, and room for a genuinely stupid question, not a guru holding court. The aim is a toolbox, not a script: a way of thinking about pleasure and communication you can take home and adapt, rather than a set of moves to repeat.
Every session starts from the same footing: gender-neutral language, no assumptions about your body or what you already know, and space for people attending solo, as a couple, or in a group. The work is queer-centred and straight-friendly.
Most of these workshops can run anywhere from fully clothed and entirely theoretical, to hands-on practice, with your own partner, with a partner you find on the spot, or rotating through several as the group moves. Some stay theoretical only and some are practical only; that's noted below where it applies.
Sessions last 90 minutes by default and can run longer. Practical workshops keep the group small; theoretical ones can take a bigger crowd. I can host, or come to your venue. I teach in English, and give the Danish terms where they help. All of it is negotiable.
The theoretical sessions run like a university seminar: I present something, ask a question, people talk it through in small groups, we reconvene and compare notes, then move to the next topic. Most workshops come with slides and a document to take home summarising the content.
For a list of every workshop I've hosted and every event I've worked, that's my CV, on the about page.
The workshops
Oral sex
This is the one I've taught the most, and the one I'm currently writing a book about, so it runs deeper than the rest. It covers anatomy, technique, and the mindset that actually makes it good, taught like a seminar rather than guru wisdom: a toolbox, not a recipe. It can run as an all-genitals session or focus on one anatomy at a time; for vulvas, that can mean a session for straight or bi folks, or one built specifically for gay men learning to pleasure a trans boyfriend. Runs from a talk on anatomy and the orgasm gap through to hands-on practice, solo or with a partner in the room.
Consent
The wheel of consent, negotiating before play, and practising boundaries out loud rather than assuming them: consent as inspired by sex-positive, queer, and kink spaces, which have spent decades building safer spaces around it, made available here to everyone. This one is embodied rather than theoretical: expect exercises like stating and holding a boundary, saying no, and receiving one.
Sex ed for young adults
A broad intro to what's worth knowing before a first time: safer sex, how to actually like using condoms, anatomy, how porn distorts expectations, performance anxiety, and questions of queerness and identity. Always theoretical and discussion-based, shaped around the group in front of me, with no physical practice.
Male bisexuality: identity and growth
A support-group format more than a lecture: a space held for bi+ men to talk through their own lives, attraction, and expression, with comments and feedback drawn from my own experience alongside theirs.
Kissing
A session that turns something everyone thinks they already know into a way of practising attention, pacing, and saying what you want out loud. Can be paired, or run with rotating partners; can stay fully clothed and slow, or run as a longer, more physical session.
Solo tantra and masturbation
How to feel pleasure through the whole body rather than just the obvious places, how to edge an orgasm, and how to spread sensation to parts you don't usually pay attention to. Solo-focused, and can run as guided theory or as a practice session.
Anal
How to do it safely, comfortably, and pleasurably: preparation, hygiene, avoiding pain, and why it can feel good whether or not you have a prostate. Covers the same ground whether you're curious, a beginner, or troubleshooting.
BDSM for beginners
The foundations before you touch anything: negotiation, safewords, aftercare, and why impact or restraint play appeals to people in the first place. A good entry point before choosing a specific practice, like spanking, to go deeper on.
Spanking
A hands-only introduction to consensual impact play, for pairs, individuals, or rotating partners: technique, aftercare, and negotiating intensity in the moment rather than guessing. Runs from a talk on safety through to full hands-on practice.
Polyamory and open relations 101
What's worth thinking through before you open a relationship: the do's and don'ts, what's ethical and what isn't, and how to actually start. An intro, not a dating game.
Threesomes and moresomes
How to run a threesome or moresome that feels safer, more balanced, and genuinely comfortable for everyone involved, including how to spot and avoid unicorn hunting and the power dynamics that quietly wreck them. Also: what's actually fun about them, once the basics are handled.
